Gift Vouchers Terms and Conditions:

Gift Voucher cannot be redeemed online currently.  However, they can be redeemed for services in salon. 
Clients are asked to protect Gift Voucher and treat as if cash, if lost, anyone can redeem the value. Lost, stolen or damaged cards cannot be replaced.
Gift Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded. Gift vouchers do have a ‘valid till’ date. Please ask prior to purchase if you require a longer valid till date. 

Treatment Course Terms and Conditions:

Treatments contained within a course cannot be transferred to other guests or exchanged for alternative treatments.
Courses cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.
We reserve valid ‘for 3 years’ after date of purchase to allow for illness, pregnancy, relocation or other obstruction of usage. Please ask if you require longer as this can be arranged.

Offers and Promotions:

From time to time we offer discounted treatments and/or retail through in-salon, on line and other traditional media formats. These are subject to terms and conditions, which are usually, but not limited to, time, date, availability and quota restrictions.  We reserve the right to withdraw such offers at any time.

Cancellation Policy:

Appointment times and treatment type are reserved especially for you, our guest and on your request. Should you wish to cancel an appointment we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice. Please note 50% charge will be imposed for less than 24 hours notice and a full charge for missed appointments or cancelation with less than 4 hours notice.
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to appointment to ensure full treatment.
All services are subject to client suitability for treatment.
On certain appointments we operate a pre-payment booking scheme and reserve the right to charge 50% of the treatment cost at booking.


Refund Policy:

If you are not 100% completely satisfied with our product(s) or service, please contact us – enhancemanagement@outlook.com. Please note refunds are discretionary and are issued on a case by case basis.


Our products are sold after professional recommendation to minimise the incorrect purchase being made.  If you purchase a product and realise it is the wrong one or is incorrect for your skin then we can happily exchange it for another product if it is unopened and all seals are still in tact or provide a refund if you have proof of purchase and within 28 days of the original sale. If an item has been opened then unfortunately we are unable to provide an exchange or refund.

If the product has caused an allergy or appears faulty, following an investigation and further consultation, we will provide a refund for the item with proof of purchase and within 28 days of the original sale.


We do not offer refunds for treatments or courses of treatments unless there is evidence of negligent practice on our behalf.  If you purchase a treatment or course and you are not happy with the results received we will happily investigate the matter which may result in a credit being applied to your account and an alternative treatment recommended.  We ask that any feedback regarding treatments is provided to us within 48 hours following the treatment.  Any communication that commences after this date will limit the action we may be able to take.  All clients should familiarise themselves with our pre and post treatment advice to ensure they receive the best results from their treatment.
